Blueberry and Almond Chocolate Porridge (VE)

 


Ingredients:
  • 40g Scottish porridge oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Dash of powdered nutmeg and cinnamon (add to your liking)
  • 2 pasteurised egg whites
  • 1/3 of an average-sized courgette - finely grated
  • 200ml unsweetened almond milk
Toppings:
  • 1 square 90% dark chocolate
  • 100g fresh blueberries
  • 15g almond butter
Method:
  • Mix the ingredients in a bowl
  • Microwave for 1.5 minutes
  • Stir the mixture so that the egg white does not scramble
  • Microwave for another 1.5 minutes
  • Serve with toppings 😋

  • 452 kcal
  • Protein: 23g - Carb: 38g - Fat: 21g 
We're not counting the courgette and any extra almond milk you want to add...it's just not worth it! 😘
