Ingredients:
- 40g Scottish porridge oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- Dash of powdered nutmeg and cinnamon (add to your liking)
- 2 pasteurised egg whites
- 1/3 of an average-sized courgette - finely grated
- 200ml unsweetened almond milk
Toppings:
- 1 square 90% dark chocolate
- 100g fresh blueberries
- 15g almond butter
Method:
- Mix the ingredients in a bowl
- Microwave for 1.5 minutes
- Stir the mixture so that the egg white does not scramble
- Microwave for another 1.5 minutes
- Serve with toppings 😋
