Pan-fried Sea Bass



Cooking time:

7 minutes

Ingredients:

  • Sea Bass fillets
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil spray

Method:

  1. Spritz some spray oil onto a large non-stick pan
  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of each fillet 
  3. When the pan is hot, fry the fillets for 3 minutes on each side

Nutrition per fillet:

  • 176 kcal (I've factored in the 2 kcal per spritz for the oil spray)
  • Protein: 23g - Carb: 0g - Fat: 9g
