Cooking time:
7 minutes
Ingredients:
- Sea Bass fillets
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil spray
Method:
- Spritz some spray oil onto a large non-stick pan
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of each fillet
- When the pan is hot, fry the fillets for 3 minutes on each side
Nutrition per fillet:
- 176 kcal (I've factored in the 2 kcal per spritz for the oil spray)
- Protein: 23g - Carb: 0g - Fat: 9g
