Preparation and
baking time:
1 hour 15 minutes
Ingredients:

300g meat-free mince
·
400g tin of chopped tomatoes
·
1 large white onion
·
3 cloves of garlic
·
1 Tbsp oregano
·
1 Tbsp olive oil
·
1L semi-skimmed milk
·
4 Tbsp plain flour
·
2 Tbps garlic powder
·
12 dry lasagne sheets
Method:
1.
Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan and soften
the onion and garlic with the oregano for 2 to 3 minutes
2.
Add the mince and cook until brown
3.
Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until the
sauce starts to thicken then turn off the heat
4.
In a saucepan, heat 125ml of milk then add ½ Tbsp
flour and whisk into a thick sauce

Repeat this process another 7 times
·
Add the garlic powder to the sauce and stir well
then turn off the heat
5.
Preheat your oven to 150°C
6.
Coat the bottom of a standard size lasagne dish
with a thin layer of white sauce
7.
Cover the layer of white sauce with lasagne sheets
8.
Spread one third of your mince sauce onto top of
the sheets
9.
Spread a quarter of your white sauce on top of
the mince sauce
10.
Cover with lasagne sheets
11.
Repeat steps 8 to 10 three time
12.
Add your remaining white sauce on the top layer
of lasagne sheets
13.
Bake at 150°C for 45 minutes
