Clementine and Almond Chocolate Porridge (VE)



Ingredients:

40g Scottish porridge oats
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Dash of powdered nutmeg and cinnamon (add to your liking)
2 pasteurised egg whites
1/3 of an average-sized courgette - finely grated
200ml unsweetened almond milk

Toppings:

1 square 90% dark chocolate
100g clementines (2 average sized)
15g almond butter

Method:
  • Mix the ingredients in a bowl
  • Microwave for 1.5 minutes
  • Stir the mixture so that the egg white does not scramble
  • Microwave for another 1.5 minutes
  • Serve with toppings 😋

452 kcal
Protein: 23g - Carb: 38g - Fat: 21g 

We're not counting the courgette and any extra almond milk you want to add...it's just not worth it! 😘
