COOKING TIME:
- 12 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tortilla wrap
- 3 tbsp passata sauce
- 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic - chopped
- 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 30g 50% reduced fat grated mature cheddar
- 30g grated mozzarella
- 1 medium egg
- Rocket leaves
METHOD:
- preheat your oven at 150°C
- Place a tortilla wrap on an baking tray
- pour 3 tablespoons of passata sauce into a bowl
- add the olive oil, garlic, oregano and basil to the passata and stir well
- Spread the sauce evenly onto the tortilla
- sprinkle the grated mozzarella evenly onto the sauce
- then sprinkle the cheddar
- put the pizza in the oven for 3 minutes
- take the pizza out and break the egg in the middle of the pizza
- carefully put the pizza back in the oven to avoid any mess with the egg
- if you like your egg yolk quite runny, take the pizza out after 5 minutes
- sprinkle with rocket leaves and voila!
