Florentine pizza (VE)

 COOKING TIME:

  • 12 minutes

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 tortilla wrap 
  • 3 tbsp passata sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic - chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Dried oregano 
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 30g 50% reduced fat grated mature cheddar 
  • 30g grated mozzarella
  • 1 medium egg
  • Rocket leaves
METHOD:
  1. preheat your oven at 150°C 
  2. Place a tortilla wrap on an baking tray 
  3. pour 3 tablespoons of passata sauce into a bowl
  4. add the olive oil, garlic, oregano and basil to the passata and stir well
  5. Spread the sauce evenly onto the tortilla
  6. sprinkle the grated mozzarella evenly onto the sauce
  7. then sprinkle the cheddar
  8. put the pizza in the oven for 3 minutes
  9. take the pizza out and break the egg in the middle of the pizza
  10. carefully put the pizza back in the oven to avoid any mess with the egg
  11. if you like your egg yolk quite runny, take the pizza out after 5 minutes
  12. sprinkle with rocket leaves and voila!

TIPS:

  • if the Florentina is not your thing, stop at step 8 and leave the pizza in the oven for another 4 minutes
  • feel free to try with other toppings
