Ingredients:

140g porridge oats
·
80g ground almond
·
1 tsp baking powder
·
2 ripe bananas
·
100ml almond milk
·
½ tsp vanilla essence or extract
·
½ tsp almond essence or extract
Method:
1.
Preheat your oven at 180°C
2.
Mix the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl
3.
In a separate bowl, mash the bananas then add
the almond milk, vanilla and almond essence
4.
Combine the dry and wet ingredients (add more
almond milk if needed)
5.
Divide the mixture evenly into 8 balls and
flatten each into round flat cookies on a lined baking tray
6.
Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes
