Crispy thin-crust veggie pizza (VE)

 


COOKING TIME:

  • 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 tortilla wrap 
  • 3 tbsp passata sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic - chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Dried oregano 
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 30g 50% reduced fat grated mature cheddar 
  • 30g grated mozzarella
  • 1 large mushroom - sliced
  • 1/2 large green pepper - sliced lengthways

METHOD:
  1. preheat your oven at 150°C 
  2. Place a tortilla wrap on an baking tray 
  3. pour 3 tablespoons of passata sauce into a bowl
  4. add the olive oil, garlic, oregano and basil to the passata and stir well
  5. Spread the sauce evenly onto the tortilla
  6. sprinkle the grated mozzarella evenly onto the sauce
  7. then sprinkle the cheddar
  8. Top with your sliced mushrooms and peppers
  9. put the pizza in the oven for 10 minutes

We're not counting the mushrooms and peppers in the calories because, seriously?!? 😂
