Turkey sandwich

 


Ingredients:

  • 2 slices medium-sliced white bread
  • 1 Tbsp low fat mayonnaise
  • Mustard - as much/little as you like
  • 4 slices thinly-sliced turkey ham
  • Cucumber slices - as many as you like
  • Rocket leaves - as much as you like

Nutrition:

  • 308 kcal
  • Protein: 18g - Carb: 37g - Fat: 9g

NOTE:

I am not counting the rocket, cucumber and mustard in the calories.  Life is just too short so enjoy! 😉
